Swim School Information

The Swim School provides lessons for all ages, following the Swim England Teaching Plan, from babies 6 months old to great grandparents. Learn in the comfort of your own club in a safe, warm and clean environment. Our excellent teaching staff are all qualified and experienced in instructing and encouraging all levels of swimming abilities. The earlier someone is introduced into the water the better, as it enhances confidence, trust, balance and co-ordination.

Swimming allows participants to work their muscles and natural reflexes and therefore create a stronger, more co-ordinated body.
