The Swim School provides lessons for all ages, following the Swim England Teaching Plan, from babies 6 months old to great grandparents. Learn in the comfort of your own club in a safe, warm and clean environment. Our excellent teaching staff are all qualified and experienced in instructing and encouraging all levels of swimming abilities. The earlier someone is introduced into the water the better, as it enhances confidence, trust, balance and co-ordination.
Swimming allows participants to work their muscles and natural reflexes and therefore create a stronger, more co-ordinated body.

I have been teaching swimming since 1999 and Aquarobics since 2003. I teach a variety of classes at Nizels as well as swimming, Swimfit, Aquarobics, Pilates, Barre Pilates...... Since qualifying I have taught from babies up to adults at several different leisure centres and clubs, including Sevenoaks. Some of the adults I have trained (apart from those attending Swimfit) include those training for triathlons and a channel swim as well as just learning to swim or improve their stroke. |
