Men play from yellow tees (CR 131), ladies play from red tees (CR132)

4BBB with best 2 scores from 4. Stableford format; 85% Handicap Allowance with ladies given one extra shot to equalise the course ratings for the red and yellow tees.
Please ensure that all players write their name, HI, PH clearly. The combined best two scores to be entered in the points column.

Please hand your signed card to the organiser promptly at end of competition.
